1.3. International Experiential Learning Network is not responsible for the loss or misuse of electronic or printed tickets by third parties.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Consumer Rights:
Under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, tickets purchased online are not subject to withdrawal rights (Article 16) due to the event being tied to a specific date. However, in cases of cancellation or changes made by International Experiential Learning Network, your consumer rights are protected.
2.2. Event Cancellation:
If the event is entirely canceled, the ticket price will be refunded in full.
2.3. Event Postponement or Venue Change:
• If the event date is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• Ticket holders unable to attend the rescheduled event may request a full refund.
• Refunds are not offered for venue changes, but International Experiential Learning Network commits to offering a fair resolution.
2.4. Refund Processing Fees:
• Refunds may be subject to processing fees, including charges imposed by payment service providers (e.g., credit card fees). In such cases, refunds will be made after deducting these charges from the total ticket price.
• Processing fees are typically capped at a maximum of 5% of the total ticket price.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
2.5. Cancellation Due to Personal Reasons:
Refunds are not provided if the participant is unable to attend the event for personal reasons. However, participants may transfer their tickets to another person or request an alternative solution approved by International Experiential Learning Network.
3. Force Majeure
If International Experiential Learning Network must cancel or reschedule the event due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the refund policy will be as follows:
• If the event is completely canceled, a full refund will be provided.
• If a new date is set, tickets will automatically remain valid, and refunds will only be issued in special circumstances.
