Planning for M&E, a critical component for youth education transformation, involves setting clear goals, flexible strategies, and maintaining communication with educators while documenting progress and areas for improvement. Data collection relied on cost-effective email surveys and in-depth focus groups via MS Teams. Findings highlighted challenges like balancing work-life commitments and time management for students developing competencies alongside academic work, underscoring the importance of applying theory to practice for a transformative learning experience.
