Kateryna Romanenko is a highly experienced training coach and psychologist with more than 12,000 hours of hands-on training experience.
For over 5 years, she worked as a university and college lecturer, specializing in leadership development and project competence for teachers and students. As an entrepreneur in the education sector for over 12 years, she has designed and implemented competence-based learning models and psychological adaptation strategies to support diverse audiences, including entrepreneurs, youth, educators, and migrants.
