This paper examines the role of innovation and entrepreneurship through experiential learning, focusing on the CEFE methodology (Competency-based Economies, Formation of Enterprises) and its application by CEFE Macedonia from 2014 to 2024. CEFE Macedonia leverages action-oriented tools and experiential learning methods to enhance entrepreneurial and management skills, promoting revenue growth, job creation, and sustainable economic development. The research evaluates the cumulative impact of CEFE’s activities on entrepreneurial culture and beneficiaries’ livelihoods in Macedonia and beyond. Using surveys, interviews, and performance metrics, the study employs qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess the long-term effects of CEFE programs on skills development, business growth, and the economy. Initial findings suggest a positive influence on entrepreneurial skills, with final results expected to offer insights into improving and expanding the CEFE methodology’s impact on fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
