This paper presentation explores how innovation and entrepreneurship can be promoted through experiential learning using the CEFE methodology. The study, which covers the period from 2014 to 2024, focuses on the work of CEFE Macedonia and its efforts to build a stronger entrepreneurial culture through practical, action-oriented learning.
The CEFE methodology is built on competency-based approaches that help participants develop key management and entrepreneurial skills. These skills aim to drive revenue growth, create jobs, and support sustainable economic development. Data for the impact assessment was collected through surveys, interviews, and performance metrics from individuals and businesses that participated in CEFE’s programs.
Early findings suggest that the CEFE approach has positively affected the entrepreneurial skills of its beneficiaries. This paper will provide a detailed evaluation of the methodology's effectiveness and offer practical recommendations for improving and expanding its impact. Ultimately, the presentation aims to share useful insights for educators, policymakers, and practitioners interested in using experiential learning to foster innovation and entrepreneurship.
