Aleksandra Szmurlik Dominguez
Aleksandra Szmurlik-Dominguez has been actively engaged in international work in the field of education since 2010. Her journey began as a facilitator during her EVS in Belgrade, where she worked with an NGO to design workshops on cultural diversity and coordinate training sessions for the local community. For the past 15 years, she has worked in non-governmental organizations as a project coordinator and trainer, including dealing with EVS and ESC volunteer programs. She has coordinated long-term volunteer projects and played a key role in designing and facilitating learning processes for volunteers. As a volunteer coordinator, she was responsible for planning and delivering workshops and training sessions to support their personal and professional development. Aleksandra has co-authored learning programs and educational tools and actively contributed to the development of training courses and youth exchanges focused on youth participation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She has also facilitated numerous international training courses and exchanges, fostering youth activation and empowerment. Currently, she works as a Project Manager at The Civil Affairs Institute and serves as Vice President of the Stepforward Foundation, where she continues to drive impactful educational initiatives.
