Learning flexibility is both something we develop and something we uncover. It’s a practice of learning and unlearning, of moving beyond rigid habits while expanding the ways we engage with the world. It’s about restoring what we once had—curiosity, adaptability, ease—while also stretching into new forms of awareness and action.
In this interactive session, we’ll play together....through storytelling, movement, reflection, and improvisation—removing barriers while also cultivating the muscle of intentional adaptation. Music may guide us. Poetry may open unexpected doors. Surprises will emerge.
Come as you are, and leave with a new rhythm—one that allows you to bend without breaking, shift without losing yourself, and embrace the paradox of learning in motion.
