Dice4Team is an engaging group dynamics game that combines elements of “Mission Impossible” and “Monopoly” to foster collaboration and interaction among participants at the start of a training session. It helps build trust, establishes a cooperative environment, and prepares participants for future project activities. Players begin by choosing icons, rolling dice to receive “turn cards,” and advancing on the board. Each space offers tasks or special activities, such as drawing cards or working with others, with the ultimate goal of completing all “DONE” zones as a team. While accumulating “DONE” cards is popular, the primary aim is teamwork and collective success. The game includes flexible rules, allowing players to adapt based on their energy and turn order, ensuring an engaging and dynamic experience for all participants.
