Debriefing can be described as a structured episode during and/or after a learning activity, in which participants reflect on and share their experience with fellow participants, with the purpose of transforming it into learning. This workshop invites participants to dive in, to practice a debriefing and then to design their own debriefing protocol, which they can use with or modify for their learners. The workshop will then be debriefed. Given the participatory nature of the workshop it will be limited to a maximum of fifteen people. Participants are also requested to have a google drive account.
