The workshop focuses on using the LEGO Serious Play (LSP) method to enhance skills, creativity, and collaboration through two key sections. Section 1: Skills Building introduces participants to foundational LSP skills, encouraging them to familiarize themselves with Lego materials, explore creative ways of thinking, and use metaphors and storytelling to express complex ideas. Section 2: Vision Building applies these skills to real-world scenarios. Participants first create personal Lego models to envision responses to thought-provoking questions (e.g., reimagining education systems), then collaborate to combine their ideas into a shared vision, represented by a group model and a short video.
