"Experiential Learning based Education Through Sport"

Ilknur Dinç is a trainer and project coordinator specializing in youth work, experiential learning, and learning through sport. With a background in political science and international relations, she has been designing and leading international education programs since 2015.

She has worked on social inclusion, intercultural learning, and peer education, integrating experiential learning methodologies into non-formal education. As a certified trainer of the International Experiential Learning Network (IELN), she has facilitated Erasmus+ training courses across Europe and Asia on youth empowerment, social inclusion, and sports-based learning.

Ilknur was Turkey’s Youth Delegate at the Council of Europe (2020–2021) and completed the Council of Europe’s Training of Trainers for Human Rights Education (TOTHRE) in 2023. In 2024, she joined the Professional Fellows Program, working with Exodus Volleyball Club in San Diego on sports and inclusion. Currently, she is a Board Member at the Experiential Training Center. She is passionate about empowering young people through collaborative learning and civic engagement.
